BioAmber CEO Says Sarnia Ideal Location for New Plant

May 16, 2012 - At a launch event in Sarnia, BioAmber Inc. unveiled an artist sketch of its new plant to be constructed at the LanXess Bio-Industrial Park. Completion of the $80 million joint venture with Mitsui & Co. is scheduled for November 2013. The facility will have initial capacity of approximately 17,000 metric tons of bio-succinic acid.
